He not only fixed the current problem, but he noticed something that could be a future issue and took care of it with 2" of electrical tape. He also spent just a few minutes educating me on proper care of the system so that I can maximize the unit's performance and longevity. Last week you sent a young man, Adam, out to service our split units. I wanted to say what a job well done and quickly. He didn't seem to mind he was covered in dust after the first one! People are quick to write when things go badly, but never write when things go well. You should hire more like this fine young man. The way, the units are performing so well now after his attention.
